From the North: via I-93

Take the Purchase St exit 23 to S. Station. Take the Seaport Blvd exit 23 on the right. Bear left at Seaport Blvd. Turn right at D St. At the next set of lights, turn left at Summer St. Summer Street turns into L Street. Continue on L St and follow for nine blocks. Take a right at East 6th Street and follow for 3 blocks. The Senior Center will be on your right at the corner of “H” Street and 6th Street.

From the West: via Mass Turnpike/I-90 East

Take the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90) West, stay in the right lane as you enter Boston. Stay on the Pike through the Tunnel Extension (O’Neil Tunnel) and take exit 25 towards South Boston (stay in left lane as you exit). Follow the sign for Seaport Blvd. At traffic light turn right (in front of the Seaport Hotel / World Trade Center). At next traffic light turn right onto D street extension (South Boston Bypass Road). At next traffic light turn left onto Summer Street. At next light, go straight over Summer Street Bridge. Summer Street turns into L Street. Follow straight for 9 blocks. Turn right onto East Sixth Street. The South Boston Neighborhood House Senior Center parking lot is 3 blocks down on right. Just before the intersection of East Sixth and H Streets. 136 H Street.

From the South: via I-93

Take Route 93 North to Exit #15 (Edward Everett Sq.) At the bottom of the ramp take a right. Go halfway around the rotary, staying on the road that runs along the ocean. You will drive straight past the Police Station on your right. Stay along the water until you reach "I" street. Take a left onto "I" street (as long as it is after 9 am) and follow it for 4 blocks. Take a left onto East 6th Street and the Senior Center will be at the end of the block at the corner of “H” Street and East 6th Street.

Coming from the airport: via I-90 West

Follow signs for the Ted Williams Tunnel / Mass Pike / I-90. Take I-90 West (Massachusetts Turnpike), through the Ted Williams Tunnel. Take exit 25 towards South Boston. Follow the sign for Seaport Blvd. At traffic light turn right (in front of the Seaport Hotel / World Trade Center). At next traffic light turn right onto D street extension (South Boston Bypass Road). At next traffic light turn left onto Summer Street. At next light, go straight over the Summer Street Bridge. Summer Street turns into L Street. Follow straight for 9 blocks. Turn right onto East Sixth Street. The South Boston Neighborhood House Senior Center parking lot is 3 blocks down on right. Just before the intersection of East Sixth and H Streets. 136 H Street.

Public Transportation - MBTA

Take the red line to Broadway Station. As you come out from underground go to the left. Take the # 9 bus to “H” Street (there will be a Store 24 at the corner). Walk past the Store 24 down “H” Street for 3 blocks and the Senior Center will be on your left at the corner of “H” Street and East 6th Street.
